Bozeman, MT— March 2021 – Bozeman Lodge Independent and Assisted Living welcomes Elicia Ruiz as Executive Director. Elicia brings 12 years of experience in senior living to her new role.

“I am thrilled to lead a team of amazing individuals and feel so privileged to be back here with our residents. I am so eager to bring my compassion and knowledge to the role of Executive Director,” shared Elicia.

As a third generation and proud Montanan, Elicia lives in the Bozeman local community with her three kids and husband. She is excited to continue serving the Bozeman community by serving seniors and their families.

Elicia started her career in senior living in a memory care setting focusing on specialized care for individuals experiencing the symptoms of Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. She then moved to Bozeman Lodge for experience in Independent and Assisted Living. She gained experience through her roles as business office director, marketing director, and assistant executive director.
