• Should you need to move into our future Assisted Care or Memory Care facility, your Membership Fee can be used to pay for personal care services.
  
  
• If you release your apartment (due to move-out) 90% of your Membership Fee will be returned to you when the next resident moves into your apartment. (If you were to use your Membership Fee for Assisted Care or Memory Care services, that amount would also be deducted.)
  
  

HOW IT WORKS

Your membership at Bozeman Lodge gives you access to all of the benefits of the Lodge’s services and facilities. You’ll have peace of mind knowing you are planning for the future. The exact Membership Fee amount is determined by the size and location of the apartment you choose. The membership investment is not considered a real estate transaction and is nontransferable.

Members also pay a monthly rate based on the size and location of the apartment. This fee includes utilities (electricity, local phone, heat, air conditioning, water, garbage and basic cable TV), regular housekeeping, 24-hour emergency response system, use of all lodge amenities and activities and much more.

GETTING STARTED

The Membership Fee is paid in two parts:

1. The Application Fee is part of the total Membership Fee (not an additional amount). It holds the apartment you select until you move in and is refundable, in full, if circumstances change before occupancy.
   
   
2. The remaining balance of the Membership Fee is paid in full at move-in and the monthly rate begins.

REFUNDS

Within Six Months:

• [Programs A & B] After you move into Bozeman Lodge, should you release your apartment (due to move-out) within the first six months, the entire Membership Fee is refunded.

After Six Months:

[Program A] After the first six months of residency, should you release your apartment (due to move-out) 90% of your Membership Fee will be returned to you or your estate, less the Application Fee, when the next resident moves into your apartment.


[Program B] After the first six months of residency, none of your Membership Fee is refunded.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The first step to becoming a Lodge member is to choose the style of apartment that you prefer. If one is available and you are ready to begin the application process, our marketing staff will assist you in completing an application for residency. All information is kept strictly confidential.

If the apartment size and location that you desire is not available, or if you are planning for a future move, it is advisable that you sign up for our waiting list. There is a $500 refundable fee for waiting list privileges. Please consult the Marketing Department for details.
